Welcome to Balaji Chimney Service. By booking or using our chimney repair, installation, cleaning, and maintenance services in Hyderabad, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

We provide professional repair, installation, and servicing of all kinds and brands of kitchen chimneys.
Services are delivered at the customer’s doorstep unless otherwise specified.
Diagnosis will be conducted before repair; in some cases, additional parts or services may be required.

2. Service Charges & Payments

Service charges will be communicated before starting work.
Charges for spare parts are separate and will be confirmed with the customer before replacement.
Payments must be made immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Warranty

Any warranty (if applicable) applies only to the specific repair or parts as stated at the time of service.
Warranty becomes void if the appliance is misused, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized technicians.
Appliances beyond economical repair are not covered under warranty guarantees.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure proper access to the chimney and provide accurate appliance details during booking.
Customers should switch off the gas/electrical supply to the chimney before service begins.
Customers must disclose any prior repairs or modifications done to the appliance.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our technicians follow strict safety protocols, Balaji Chimney Service is not liable for:
Hazards caused by customer negligence or improper use.
Damages resulting from third-party servicing or unauthorized modifications.
Wear and tear due to age or prolonged usage of chimneys.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked with accurate contact and service details.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time.
Service delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances. Customers will be informed in such cases.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer data collected is used solely for service delivery, communication, and support.
We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.

8. Amendments
